Searching for sad and bad service stories in Spain


Please write down your experiences with being treated badly by companies that are supposed to satisfy their customer since you pay for it!

It is about time that Spanish consumers start standing up and halt those practices.

Telecommunication companies here in Spain have an  incredible bad customer services.

“I for example had my business Mobile contract changed via Call agents from Moviestar, who called me 10 times before offering me a deal that made me change my contract to Moviestar from Vodafone. So I had a mobile phone business contract with Moviestar but I never signed a contract!

Since all what was promised to me on the phone turned out to be A LIES and the promised business Contract was costing me the double than promised by the call center sales companies working for Moviestar to sell. I needed the recorded phone conversation to prove my case. That recording was required to make the entire thing legal!!!!  

I spend at least 2 complete Weeks, I mean 336 hours!!! It is not a joke. Asking only to receive that recorded contract to prove my case! I mean this is so damn crazy and unbelievable that I even have to ask for those kind of things.

I was told every time that it will be send a.s.a.p.

Well 2 years later I got out. 

When I told them that I will stop paying until Moviestar delivers the actual contract conversation I was told OK but than we will cut you off so to be able to use my business line I had not much of a choice since especially at this time that line was very important for my clients. 


I just gave up after being treated like an idiot because when trying to sort those things out I was talking to call center agents who where either not well trained or frustrated by work conditions and did care at all or mentally not fit for such position.


You know if I would maybe let say pay 30,00€ for whatever and this would break because of quality reasons. I´d not care that much. This happens and things are not that important or better most things.  


BUT ... This is in average of 200,00€ a month for 2 years instead of the promised 100,00€.


How can a company who makes that amount of money from there customers don´t really care for customers? It is time that everyone who makes money like this from paying customers performs badly with the included customer rights. 


So that is me. I can prove everything with papers and references.”
